Fill out our online admission form or call our admissions desk, along with a non-refundable Application Fee. We'll respond within one working day.

Visit Campus

Walk the gardens, peer through a telescope, watch a robotics session — let the campus speak for itself.

Assessment

A friendly age-appropriate interaction for your child and a brief conversation with parents — no high-pressure test.

Enrol

Once your documents are verified, pay the Registration Fee to confirm the seat — welcome to Sacred Heart.

Age eligibility follows the Government Resolution (GR):
  • Nursery — children born between 1st July 2023 and 31st December 2024
  • Junior KG — children born between 1st July 2022 and 31st December 2023
  • Senior KG — children born between 1st July 2021 and 31st December 2022
  • Grade 1 — children born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021
For Nursery to Grade 1 we hold a friendly informal interaction — no written test. From Grade 2 upward a short age-appropriate assessment in core subjects is part of the process.
Transport is available in the following areas, with specific stops allotted by the school:
  • Kalyan West and East
  • Ulhasnagar West and East (all sections)
  • Titwala
  • Ambernath West and East, and all nearby areas
Each bus has an attendant on board — route and stop details are shared once your application is submitted.
Mid-year admission is considered subject to seat availability, a transfer certificate from the previous school, and a short academic assessment.
